Our shop is a fine, 15th century building opposite the Cathedral in the centre of Norwich. We are the largest bookshop of its type in East Anglia with a constantly changing stock of secondhand and antiquarian books on most subjects displayed on two floors, whose price ranges from £1 to over £10,000. We also carry a significant stock of specialist and academic books.
We offer a book-finding service, book restoration and rebinding and, with over 40 years bookselling experience, provide a professional valuation service for insurance and probate purposes.
We are always keen to buy good, interesting or rare books in any quantity and are happy to travel any distance to view large collections or libraries. We regularly clear houses and buy books from deceased’s estates. Books for sale can be brought into our shop where there is always somebody qualified to offer prompt inspection and payment. It may be useful to contact us in advance if bringing large quantities or specialist books. A loading bay is available for unloading purposes directly outside the shop.
