Our Founder, Simon Wingfield, has become accredited (as a Fellow FIoL) for mentoring at The Institute of Leadership.

The Institute of Leadership:

‘This
credential is issued to Fellows of The Institute of Leadership who have
successfully completed the MyMentoring learning pathway as part of The
Institute’s MyMentoring programme. It includes the following components of
leadership, as defined by The Institute of Leadership: Mentoring, Coaching, and
Building Trust. Learning is validated through a series of online scorecards.’
