Collectively drive forward improvement in the context of the CWA / UCWA learner experience.

Promote the sharing of research, innovation, and highly effective practice.

Provide the opportunity to engage, for the benefit of CWA / UCWA and wider community.

Open membership up to every CWA / UCWA internal and external stakeholder.

Be collectively bold, creative, supportive in our approach to education, training and development.

Contribute to a legacy of positive learner destinations, knowledge, skills and expertise.
