Understanding the regulations and good practice will help you better manage the process, avoid unnecessary pitfalls and minimise the stress and disruption it can cause for those involved. Delivered by zoom, this event will give you a clear explanation of the TUPE Regulations, including employer responsibilities and employee rights. It will also provide you with practical tips on the process of conducting a business transfer, drawing upon current legislation and best practice. NB: This course is not a substitute for those requiring in-depth legal consultation.
