Join Alex Sellers, Director of Operations at Turning Factor, for this lunch and learn session where there will be live Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MTIB) profiling to learn more about your personality and preferences, as well as other people. Discover how others perceive the world and how you can learn to ‘talk in someone else’s language’.
Come along with friends or colleagues to find out how your personalities complement each other and how you could work better by understanding each other’s true personalities. After this event, you’ll be able to apply your knowledge in the workplace and personally to help you grow and make new connections.

In this session (Workplace Wellbeing) Tom Oxley, Bamboo Mental Health and Michelle Grant , Freebridge Housing will be your hosts.
You will learn:
What works – and what doesn’t in terms of workplace wellbeing? What do great leaders and managers do? And what can YOU do to help yourself and others? You’ll hear the horror stories and exemplar activities from real employers. Big brands, SMEs, sole-traders… they’re all covered. You’ll understand the cost journey of an employee who is helped by work vs an unsupported worker.
You will leave with an outline plan to improve workplace wellbeing – for ALL employers from one to ten thousand people.

Leaders, managers, HR and invidiuals all have a role to play. These roles are low/no cost.
The cost of supporting an employee with stress/anxiety or depression is approximately ten times less than not supporting them.

Co.next is a service curated by the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce designed to support working young professionals 35 and under in Norfolk. Co.next will offer engaging knowledge and networking programs supported and developed by a board of like-minded individuals, who want to empower budding professionals.
The Board is made up of experienced business professionals. They are ably supported by an Advisory Board of those young professionals who are the heart of this programme. They have their feet on the ground, sharing their ideas and raising awareness of what support and guidance they actually need.
